About Meghan Fitzgerald

Meghan began her career in real estate in 2019, as an in-house Project Manager for a small boutique agency in Millburn, NJ, and joined Compass RE in Short Hills in February of 2022. Meghan brings over a decade of experience managing operations, events, and marketing strategies for luxury brands and multi-billion dollar companies. She has built her career in a variety of different industries and has always thrived on the excitement of being hands-on at every level of every project. Providing excellent service with a smile is her trademark.

 

Meghan was born and raised in Montville Township and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Before her life as a Realtor, Meghan worked as Logistics Manager for UBS Investment Bank in London, UK, and Ten Group Lifestyle Management in San Francisco where she delivered luxury experiential offers and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences for customer loyalty and employee incentive programs. Meghan has always had an interest in Real Estate and is looking forward to bringing her love of interior design, project and relationship management, and customer service expertise back to NJ – her first love.
